What Rockstar has shown
Rockstar's own character biography for Boobie Ike describes him as one of the few people from the streets to build "a legitimate empire spanning real estate, a strip club, and a recording studio." That is a description of the fiction of Leonida, not a preview of a player-facing system.
Can the player buy this?
This describes a non-player character's holdings inside the story, not a purchase system available to the player. Rockstar has not shown any of these three business types as something the player can buy.
