What Rockstar has shown
The Malibu Club, the nightclub carried over from the original Vice City game, appears again in and around Rockstar's Vice City footage. Beyond that reappearance, Rockstar has not detailed what role it plays for the player.
Can the player buy this?
Rockstar has not shown a purchase menu, price or ownership mechanic for this venue. Its reappearance is a location sighting, not evidence of a player-facing business system.
